Session1 Philosophy of education-
In general Philosophy termed as a fantasy phenomenaon or any boring serious lecture. But Philosophy is beyond its general perceptions without Philosophy neither a nucleous have meaning nor the universe. So how the education can exist without its philosophy? This session is to discuss the philosophical roots of education,fundamental motives and distractions of the present education in modern civilization context. And the possible solutions to get back to the roots.

Session 2 SUBJECT CONNECTIVITY–
To be good teacher ,teacher have an ability to make the subject and its concepts easy to understand the child .Some teachers make this and some can not. The basic reason is that some teachers cannot show the child its part which is associated to his/her daily life and regular utility. To come out the above problem we have the intensive and eye opening se ssion.

Session3,4&5  Teacher’s Professional Empowerment Development Program
Our Aim: Provide teachers with tools and knowledge- help teachers to become mentors, grow as teachers and focus on the development of each and every child.
 Module 1
Detecting Early Signs of Development Delays- Equip teachers to screen, spot the difference and accordingly direct the way forward. Teachers will understand about learning difficulties, mental delays, Behavioural Disorders and so on.
Module 2
Teacher as a Counselors- Recognising the signs of stress. Connecting the dots, school priorities and understanding students needs based on different social, cultural and ethinic back grounds.
Module 3
Effective Skills for Creative Teaching- Building skills for Motivating and Inspiring teachers. Role as a teacher. Teachers are the first respondants to children and this module will help them in recognising the signs of stress, connecting the dots, school priorities and understanding students needs based on different social, cultural and ethinic back grounds.

Session 6 MIND MAPPING& Notes Making

Classroom management refers to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep students organized, orderly, focused, attentive, on task, and academically productive during a class. When classroom-management strategies are executed effectively, teachers minimize the behaviors that impede learning for both individual students and groups of students, while maximizing the behaviors that facilitate or enhance learning. Generally speaking, effective teachers tend to display strong classroom-management skills, while the hallmark of the inexperienced or less effective teacher is a disorderly classroom filled with students who are not working or paying attention.

Time management” refers to the way that you organize and plan how long you spend on specific activities.

It may seem counter-intuitive to dedicate precious time to learning about time management, instead of using it to get on with your work, but the benefits are enormous:

Greater productivity and efficiency.A better professional reputation.Less stress.Increased opportunities for advancement.Greater opportunities to achieve important life and career goals.

Failing to manage your time effectively can have some very undesirable consequences:

Spending a little time learning about time-management b techniques will have huge benefits now – and throughout your career.

All the programs have different timings and have different fees modules in regular running sessions of school.
But in summer camp multiple modules can be clubed together and facilitated and therefore, the commercials will also be calculated on the basis of that.
